1. Knowledge on router type products, especially on Wi-Fi router/mesh
2. Discuss with PLM and marketing to define software spec
3 Coordinate different software teams to fulfill the product software requirement and achieve project schedule
4. Call meeting to discuss with software members from different teams to clarify software requirement, if any unclear.
5. setup weekly meetings with SW, SIT and marketing to check status and milestones.
6. Issue outsourcing applications and handle the required output from 3rd party
7. Coordinate SW, HW and RDPE for software development of NPI and MP in production lines
8. Fluently in English writing
